Listening Skills are a key attribute for all Contact Centre agents to develop and improve over time. In this series of  challenging quizzes your listening skills will be put to the test. Each quiz contains 10 separate audio questions which you must listen to carefully and then answer a question afterwards. At the end of the quiz you will be shown your score, the pass mark for each quiz is 80% (8 out of the 10 questions right).

There are tailored listening skills quizzes for different industries, each with 3 difficulty levels which will challenge even the most experienced contact centre agent.
